It has been established that the Word of God is the builder of life and destiny. Your destiny is not in view when the Word is out of place in your life. To neglect the Word is to forfeit your destiny. This means, the diligent study of the Word is necessary for the fulfilment of destiny (2 Timothy 2:15, John 5:39). Now, what does it mean to study the Word of God? To study the Word of God is to access the ways, thoughts, principles and precepts of God from His Book in order to walk better with Him on earth. When you study God’s Word, you are trying to know what He likes, how He thinks, what His principles are, what you are allowed to do, what you are forbidden from doing, etc. This is what studying the Word of God is about. TOPIC: Constructing Solid Faith Through Praying In The Spirit (Seeds Of Destiny 20 December 2022)


SCRIPTURE: But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost. Jude 20.


THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: People who pray a lot in the Holy Spirit are people of faith.


Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2022 MESSAGE:


Our anchor Scripture reveals that praying in tongues helps in the construction of solid faith.


It has been confirmed that people who pray a lot in the Holy Spirit are people of faith.



It is not possible to pray abundantly in the Holy Spirit and still be a doubting Thomas. There is a way the Holy Ghost builds up a person’s faith in the Lord.


2 Timothy 1:7 says,

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.


So, God has not given us the spirit of fear but of boldness. The Holy Ghost builds a certain degree of audacity of faith and boldness in us. He opens our eyes to see the light and insight in Scriptures we have never seen before. The Holy Ghost opens our eyes to revelations from Scripture, and revelation is the food of faith.


When you begin to pray in the Holy Spirit, insights from the Word are assimilated by the same Holy Spirit. As you pray, the revelation you see from the Bible begins to get transferred into the fabric of your spirit. It is like a spiritual muscle-building or faith muscle-building exercise.


And you see, it is necessary for your faith to be built because it is faith that moves God when you pray. Praying in tongues builds your faith and faith moves God. Hebrews 11:6 says, “For without faith it is impossible to please God.”


Beloved, God will usher you into another level of faith as you engage the Holy Ghost in praying, in Jesus’ Name.


Remember this: People who pray a lot in the Holy Spirit are people of faith.

Make up your mind to pray in the Spirit abundantly.

Build your faith in the Word of God.

PRAYER: Thank You Lord for Your Word to me today. I receive the grace to pray abundantly in the Spirit for the construction of my faith, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
