Title: Lean on God!
Text: Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do and the God of peace shall be with you. - Philippians 4:9 KJV
When a weaker object or person leans on a stronger one the weak will tap the strength of the stronger one. Paul is in prison. He is in the midst of the storm, but he is calm. What does He know that we do not know? He has learned that in the midst of the storm lean on the one who is LORD over every storm. Make His strength your strength when you are weak, and you will get through the storm. He said when you lean on God you will draw strength, wisdom, and help when you are weak. Lean on Him, and though you are faced with a storm you will find the strength to go through it and come out on the other side. God is LORD over every storm and no storm can resist God. So if the storm cannot stop or resist God when you lean on Him the storm is not able to overcome you because you are leaning on the one who is LORD over every storm.
Today’s prayer: God is my refuge and strong tower in every situation, and I will depend on Him to see me through to victory
